Zapex Technologies went out of business on September 30, 2003. Zapex encoders are no longer sold or available. As the last known reseller, we have listed some resources below to help existing users update their drivers or re-install their boards in the event they have lost their installation CD or documentation.

Warranty on all encoders has expired. Technical support and/or repair is still available for a fee per incident. For all inquiries, call or e-mail us. Customers in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, contact B& M China. Replacement breakout cables are available through Compucable.
